Fashion Trip...

In a week, I'll be leaving for my, month long, trip back to the US.  While on the trip, I plan to do a bit of shopping to grab some much needed staples for the wardrobe.

On the lookout for: skinny leopard belt, chambray shirt, longer denim shorts (maybe a bit distressed), safari shirts, brogues, leopard flats (I've gone through several pairs), a purse that I can carry on the shoulder or across the body...I'm thinking a hobo style, tunics, jeans, running shoes, and some workout clothes.

Can't wait to do a bit of retail therapy!

Boys' Style...

Since we've moved into fall here in Australia, I've been having fun developing my sons seasonal wardrobe.  Currently I have my eye on a couple pieces to complete his "look"...

He's needing a new pair of suede oxfords...
{find them here}
but I would change out the laces for these cool neon yellow ones (mixing in a current trend)...

I've been searching for some cute scarves, but I haven't had any luck yet.  If any of you know where to find them, please leave a comment...I'd really appreciate it!  I may just have to look for short ones in the mens department?

some cool red Chucks...

and last, I'm still not sure about these, but I'm thinking about a pair of color jeans?  He's only 4, so I think he's young enough to look cute in them...

oxfords, neon laces, a few cool scarves (tribal, ethnic and/or graphic prints), red Chucks and maybe a pair of color jeans.  Not too bad to complete his little hipster/surferesque style.

My New Oxfords

YAY!!! I went up to Ross this morning and there was one pair left and in exactly my size! For only $20, I ended up with a pair of off white Franco Sarto oxfords. The fit is perfect, they're comfy and have the softest leather. Great find, great style and a great deal...can't ask for more than that. Now I can look at cute purses for my anniversary gift instead...wink, wink!

My camera washed out the 'color' they're more like the first photo. They have more of a bone, ever-so-slight grayish tint to them and aren't so stark white and the leather is very supple and has a nice texture to it which doesn't show in the photo. I'll take a cool Hawaii photo in them this week some time. Did I mention how happy I am!!!
