one negative is that it is harder to remove and takes longer and a bit of elbow grease to get the polish off your nails...not as quick and easy as Essie or OPI, but I'm willing to put in a little labor for the great cost savings!

1GS Budget Find & Product Review...
I found this nail polish NYC (New York Color) in Sidewalkers, at Target, for $1.99 and have never received more compliments or color inquiries as I've received with this color! An added plus is that I had it on my toes for three weeks and not even one chip! I just took it off today to trim my nails and give myself a pedicure. Great color, great price, and great product!
thinking I may try Times Square Tangerine next!
