Botanical Gardens...

My husband and I love going to Botanical Gardens!  We always visit them in every place we live and visit.  A few of our favorites have been: Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Miami, FL. Japanese Tea Gardens (Sunken Gardens), San Antonio, TX. Zilker Botanical Gardens, Austin, TX. Seoul Grand Park, Seoul, Korea. Foster Botanical Gardens, Honolulu, HI. Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden, Kaneohe, HI.

While driving through The Blue Mountains last weekend, we passed by a botanical gardens that we must check out A.S.A.P.  The only reason we didn't pull over that day was our clothing and shoe issue.  We were wearing shorts and foot flops and felt that any outdoor (bush) hiking in Australia should be done with tennis shoes/hiking boots and jeans....snakes people! 

So, when my husband returns from his business trip to Florida next week, we will be going to The Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens, Mount Tomah.

 it's only right up the road from our house (not walking distance, but a short drive). Can't Wait!!!
