100% silk Icinoo blouse...

love the bright colors for spring/summer and the entire bold print is also covered with a snakeskin pattern!  I believe Icinoo is a South Korean label.  The blouse is in perfect condition! Not sure of the vintage?  Anyone have any guesses?
