WHAT THE?!

While out shopping the other day, I couldn't help but take a photo of one of the ugliest pair of shoes I've ever seen!  What in the world was someone thinking?  Who in the world would design such a thing?  Who in the world would wear them?  Where in the world and for what occasion would such a person (they must be out there) wear them?  Would you wear them?  Do people who wear crocs, but crave something a bit edgier wear them?  Will there ever be answers?
