Top Trends of 2010: Acrylic/Lucite

So, 3 days until 2011 and we're still counting down our top trends of 2010. Acrylic/Lucite has made a huge comeback (furniture, home decor, fashion, jewelry), although many people are still wary of it (especially if they lived through the 1980's trend...yikes!)

Fortunately, it seems to have resurfaced with clean, modern lines that, to me at least, feel timeless. Of course, only time will tell if this trend has staying power. I for one am still on board for 2011 and just used two acrylic chairs which were paired with a 19th century table...tres chic!

So what do you say? Is acrylic/lucite 2010 top trends worthy? Love it, or leave it?
